Making a Purchase
Advance tickets can be purchased on the Edinburgh Coffee website. Full price tickets will be available to purchase on the door.
When booking online:
Online bookings will be accepted until 11.59pm on Friday 4th October 2019.
Advance tickets for Edinburgh Coffee Festival are processed through Eventbrite. We accept all major credit/debit cards which are processed through the Eventbrite secure server.
Your account is debited by Eventbrite at the time you place your order and providing the transaction has been successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from Eventbrite on behalf of Edinburgh Coffee Festival which will include your e-ticket(s).
If you do not receive the Order Confirmation e-mail please contact the Edinburgh Coffee Festival office on 0131 333 0969.
If we suspect that any booking has been made fraudulently, Edinburgh Coffee Festival reserves the right to withhold the order and the relevant authorities will be informed.
Refund Policy
Advance tickets are non-refundable unless purchased as part of a group booking on an agreed sale or return basis directly through the organisers.
Credit Card Security
All payment card details are encrypted by Eventbrite software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any website nor are they passed on to the Edinburgh Coffee Festival.
Privacy Policy
In purchasing advance tickets for Edinburgh Coffee Festival, you agree that you may receive information from the Edinburgh Coffee Festival in the future. Your details will not be passed to third parties.
