The water quality in the north of the UK is predominantly soft and this can have an impact on both the roasting and brewing of coffee.  We’ve explored this area over many years from both a roasting and a brewing perspective.  Find out how we manage water quality at our Roastery, how we’re beginning to influence the water quality at our customer’s sites and how we’re now looking for ways to pass this knowledge onto domestic users.
